Villa 2 Rua da Palmas is a breath-taking property, oozing sleek design from every corner and also central to the charming fishing resort of Carvoeiro with its pristine golden sand beach. The electric gates lead to a covered parking area for several cars. The open plan layout creates a feeling of spaciousness and light. The double aspect floor to ceiling windows flood the area with natural light and incorporate the outdoor living area inside. The lounge is spacious, comfortable yet stylish. The master bedroom has double aspect windows to fully appreciate the sea view and terraces facing south and west so you can you watch the sunset. Stairs lead to the extensive roof terrace which offers panoramic views of the sea and Monchique mountains. The infinity swimming pool is a fabulous feature of this house and does also offer the benefit of shallow waters in an L shaped design around the house.
