Introduction
High up in the rolling hills overlooking the beach town of Lloret de Mar you will find Villa Denise. What is great about this location is the panoramic views of the coastline that this villa has to offer. Parking is directly outside whereby a path leads straight into the front entrance located on the ground floor. As you step inside you find a large open living room with a comfortable sofa suite, open fire place, satellite TV, a dining room table and chairs and also air conditioning. To the right, is a well-equipped kitchen. This whole space opens out onto a large spacious terrace that stretches along the front top section, a space that you can enjoy an alfresco dinner during the evening overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. From the ground floor is an internal staircase down to the lower ground floor. This is where four bedrooms are located. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway, it has a bathroom and patio doors that open out onto the lower terrace that features panoramic views. Along the hallway, there are the other two bedrooms, each room contains twin beds and they share a bathroom. All three of these bedrooms have direct access to the lower terrace. The fourth bedroom is on the other side of the hallway and features a bunk bed. To gain access to the pool you go through a door that opens onto external steps leading down to the swimming pool area. The great features of the swimming pool area are that it is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day or two relaxing in sun as there is a fridge, microwave and practical open kitchen. This space is well designed and if you want to just sit by the pool, you have sunbeds, parasols and also a pool bar. A perfect place to stay!
