Situated along a quiet lane just outside of Labin, Villa Rosa Labin promises something rather special and you will not be disappointed! The house is surrounded by perfectly maintained gardens with extensive lawns, offering numerous seating spots to relax both in sun and shade. The glistening pool overlooks Istria’s rich and beautiful landscape as well as the coast on the horizon. Head indoors and you’ll be in awe of the villa’s quirky yet fabulous design! Spread over three floors and consisting of five spacious bedrooms, Villa Rosa Labin can cater for 10 guests making it suitable for multiple families and larger groups. Please note, bedroom 5 on the Lower Ground Floor is only screened by a partition from the Games Room and is not a separate room. Here, there is also a secondary kitchen and even a games room. If you want to venture out, Labin’s historic town is split into two, the famous walled town full of interesting architecture, and the newer commercial area further down the hill which offers plenty of restaurants and shops. For beach lovers, the popular resort of Rabac is slightly further away.
